Well I made xmas tree and some other goodies in the members area. Hope to make more soon. As the holidays come I find my self more and more busy. Looks like xmas dinner will be here this year at my house. So with my lil man here now and plus two other lil ones it is making things kind of busy. Trying to clean and things like that for the holidays. Dawson is a month old today. Woohoo.. He is now at 10lbs and 3oz. I guess breast milk is best. Seems to have grown more then my girls did on formula. Not saying formula is bad but I love the bonding time with Dawson breast feeding.. I wouldn't trade it for the world even though i find my self so darn tired at times like i am going to fall over in a sleep but I do love it. I am pretty pleased with my weight loss. When I checked in at the hospital i was 186 yes wow. lol I weighed more then rich.. heheh When I left I was at 165 major wow there, that was a lot of baby I was carrying.. Now I am at 150 just need 20 more pounds to lose and I will be back at my normal weight.. I hope I lose it fast because i hate to be this big.. New Layout

The new layout was easy to do but finding a nice update center was a problem. So I found this. Hubby put it together and I have been left with configering it. Ugh... Not something that was easy.. So this will be a test to see how it looks and if I will keep with this or not..

Well I got the gifts page put up today. Thank you to everyone that sent a gift for lil dawson. The lil guy is doing great and very much a big eater.. He is already up to 9lbs 5oz.

I have added a sleigh line art, and Christmas bells to the tutorial area. More Xmas stuff coming soon.

Wednesday, October 27th

No baby yet

mood: restless

No baby yet.. Someone got a hold of me on aol not sure who but thats ok i don't mind. They said congrats on the new bundle of joy and I just wanted to clear up that there was no baby yet.. I went to the doctors on Monday hoping they were going to say for me to be induced that day or sometime this week seeing how the last doctor was all gun ho about it. But when you see a team of doctors stories change.. I was hooked up to the non-stress test on monday and then the doctor vibrated my stomach to get the lil guy to move for him. So he did and heart rate was great went from 150 non movement to 171-174 with movement. Which is just awesome.. Shows that my placenta is working just fine. At the other doctors visit it showed that my placenta was started to get old. After 40 weeks this is what happens.. Thats why i had the non-stress test was done. From there the doctor checked my cervix and seen that I was 1cm dilated and 25% effaced. So things are moving along, just slowly. Tomorrow I have another doctors appt. and from there i have to do another non-stress test and internal. From there they will tell me when to be induced.. No later then monday though because i will be way past my date by then.. I am due on Halloween.. So I will keep you guys posted on what goes on after the appt. tomorrow. Sorry I didn't get this update done sooner..

Well thats something else.. Nelly featuring Tim Mcgraw. When I heard they were doing a song I was like WTF??? Thats not going to sound that great. I don't care for country music in any shape or form. But the song they did is pretty awesome. I just love it. One of those songs where you can't get enough of or out of your head.

Anywho. I have added a snow cottage to the line art section plus a shading tutorial for it. This will be the last thing I do for a while.. Monday I go in for a non-stress test to see about the baby and then sometime either that day or that week I will be induced.. I am measuring at 40 weeks already and only really at 38. We did another ultra sound monday and seen the lil guy that is growing inside.. Its so cool to see this stuff. Rich was like, "did he you see his wee wee?" LOL Yep i seen it all right.. Then he was like wow there is a person inside of you.. Yeah no shit!! lol Well from what the ultra sound says my placenta is getting old. Thats what happens at 40 weeks it starts to get old and you have to start thinking about getting induced. Seeing how i am at stage zero here with him. Just my cervix soft but not dilated at all.. Doctor Quinn did do a membrane sweep though trying to get me into labor or my water to break. Its to happen in 24-48 hours but still nothing.. So looks like labor will not be starting on its own.. So with that all said I will be away for a while.. I need to get things ready around here for next week.. Sometime after I get back which they said i can stay 24 hours this time seeing how this is my 3 baby and all. After all is well I will make some other tuts for xmas.

I finished a countdown tutorial. Can you use it for upcoming events. I used the countdown for the baby on how many more days till he is born.. You can find a sample of this down below on the page. Time is creeping up on me.. Right now I am in the middle of making some snowmen. Trying to keep working till my lil guy is here. Getting more and more excited to see this lil one..

Next few weeks

The next few weeks I will do line art for most all stuff when I do update. With the baby on the way and other things going on i am getting a bit to busy, and can't stay on task myself. I have a ton of tutorials saved and I think I will just end up giving them as line art and then show how to color it in afterwards. I really don't have time to number the pixels anymore. Not till the baby is here. I only have a few weeks left I am in week 36 now, which would mean 4 more to go but I don't think I will last that long.

On another note I would like to say welcome to all the new members in the group this past weeks. I hope you enjoy your stay here. Lots more fall/halloween stuff coming up, just wont be pixel tuts only line art and color shading.
